WHY DO IT?
Do you have a wicked problem – a gnarly, complex problem or situation – that you are excited to make an impact on? Are you struggling to determine how to help your team become more engaged and more productive on that problem or opportunity? As a leader, are you looking for ways to create a more significant impact, where you are free to choose the life that supports you being an impactful leader?
There are three places where leaders will struggle: establishing a highly productive and engaged team, needing more tools to tackle the problem or opportunity to make an impact, or, as a leader, finding the skills to create an engaging and impactful environment.
WHAT IT IS?
Please bring your gnarly and complex problem to this 6-month program to help you create a more significant impact.
Our philosophy is that personal and professional growth is created by problem-solving gnarly and complex issues. Through the problem, we will identify tactical steps to move forward. The problem can be a challenge with your team, your organization, the problem itself, and/or a challenge with yourself.
We want you to know that our goal is to help you traverse the problem to grow you as a leader.

Joanne can provide organizations and communities customized support for leadership and teams through leadership training, executive coaching, agility, and radical problem-solving approaches. She utilizes her winning WICKED philosophy (Why, Inspire, Commit, Knowledge, Empowerment, and Delivery) to help teams and leaders impact the wicked problems.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Bringing Community and Wicked Agility Together
Joanne realizes we must iterate, learn, and adapt to succeed at the world's large Wicked Problems, such as Climate Change, Poverty, Racism, Hunger, and UN Sustainability goals.
Joanne wants to bring together Wicked Problem Solvers and our local communities to support their problems and find potential solutions with the power of local teams and the knowledge of a global team. Here are some of the community events that she is involved in:
Creating the Sustainability Incubator Project, a professional volunteer program that runs design sprints of 2-3 months to prototype solutions for challenges faced by our communities.
Interviewing local Councillors on Wicked Problems to identify better ways to support are local communities
