Marjolein Pilon: Wicked Wisdom
In this Wicked & Agile Interview, I had the chance to speak with Marjolein Pilon, a Scrum Master who has a passion for climate and helping her teams to reduce the carbon footprint when developing.
We covered a lot of really interesting ground in this conversation, but one of the things that stood out most for me was how she shifted about the constant worry of climate and the impact on the earth. She shifted her perspective from that of an individual trying to make an impact for her children to a wise ancestor who is making an impact for her children’s children’s children. By zooming out, she was able to change her perspective and her feelings around the matter.
During this dynamic and interactive interview, Marjolein showed us some of the tips of how to facilitate with large groups using a constellation with the earth at the centre – a powerful visual, for sure!
